Terms of Use

1. Software License

WAFio software is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may download, install, and operate WAFio on infrastructure you own or control without payment or registration of any kind.

2. Permitted Use

You may use WAFio to protect your own applications, infrastructure, or those of your clients as part of a service engagement. Internal use within an organization is permitted without restriction.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, license, or redistribute WAFio software as a standalone product or as the primary component of a competing security product
• Package WAFio binaries or source into a paid download without written permission from WAFio
• Remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices embedded in the software

4. White-Label & OEM

Deploying WAFio under a different brand name, as part of a managed service, or bundled into a product sold to end-clients requires a written white-label agreement with WAFio. Contact hello@wafio.cloud to discuss terms.

5. Attribution

If you embed WAFio in a publicly distributed product without a white-label agreement, you must display "Powered by WAFio" in a reasonably visible location of the product's interface or documentation.

6. No Warranty

WAFio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. WAFio makes no guarantees that the software will detect every attack or prevent every breach.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WAFio and its authors shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this software, including but not limited to data breaches, service interruptions, or security incidents.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use WAFio to conduct unauthorized penetration testing against systems you do not own, to facilitate illegal activity, or to evade law enforcement or security monitoring of systems you are not authorized to access.

9. Changes to These Terms

WAFio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after notice of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on wafio.cloud.

10. DMCA / IP Notices

To report copyright infringement or intellectual property concerns, contact hello@wafio.cloud with subject line "DMCA Notice". We will respond within 14 business days.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
